Please remember that events listed today, are subject to change. Participants in the conference will receive a printout of the entire appointment schedule at our Legislative Briefing on Monday, March 19th, at 1:30pm in suite 140 of the Washington Convention Center. Revisions to the schedule will be made as we receive them, and updated regularly on this web page.

OTHER INFORMATION
SLEEPING ROOMS
Rooms are being held at the JW Marriott Hotel at a rate of $319 before tax. All sleeping room reservations should be made before February 17, 2012. To make reservations after February 17, 2012, please email Carmelita Keller (carmelitak@ccul.org) with your arrival/departure dates at or call 800.472.1702, ext. 6026. A deposit of $275 is required for each reservation. Sleeping room cancellations received before February 17, 2012 will receive a full refund of the deposit. Deposits for cancellations received after February 17, 2012 will not be refunded.
TAX EXEMPTION
To qualify for a tax exemption from state and local taxes assessed to room charges, final payment must be made by check, share draft, or credit card issued by a federal credit union. Payments made by personal check, personal share draft, or personal credit card will not qualify for the exemption. Both forms (DC specific and NCUA form) must be presented upon hotel check-in by the attendee. Please visit http://www.cuna.org/events/gac12/housing/ to gain access to the forms. |
